Pavlov & muleteer Ivan Petrovich Pavlov (September 14, 1849 February 27, 1936) was an outstanding Russian physiologist. Born in Ryazan, Russia he began his secondary education at Ryazan Ecclesiastical Seminary. He afterward enrolled at the University of Saint Petersburg and became a physiologist. Pavlov believed that experimental methods argon a much better way of exploring the mind and body. In 1878 he have his doctorate and completed his final parentage in 1879. Burrhus Frederic Skinner (March 20, 1904 wonderful 18, 1990) was an American behaviorist. Skinner received a PhD from Harvard in 1931, and remained there until 1936. He taught at the University of manganese and at Indiana University.
