They also state that regular physical activity pass on modify a persons mental health as it allow for increase self esteem and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. Physical benefit is also enhanced by an increase in physical activity. Furthermore a lack of physical activity is found to cause 3% of every last(predicate) diseases. Kerr (2012) states that there are 3 main types of exercise which are aerobic, peculiarity/resistance training and flexibility exercises. Aerobic exercises will help proceed the heart, lungs and muscles healthy, and when paired with a healthy diet will aid in weight loss. Appropriate resistance training will help to improve strength, posture and balance as well as causing the musicians body to look more toned.
